Komparace managementu sportovních klubů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with comparison of sports (football) clubs at a different level of sports. It is the clubs SK Sigma Olomouc and FK Jeseník. In theoretical chapter was defined key therms related to management and raising funds to clubs. The actual comparison is done using a questionnaire, interview, SWOT analysis and comparison of economy. The main goal of this work is to show the differences in leadership professional and amateur club, both from an organizational and from an economic perspective. The results show high dependence on sponsorship and urban sources, a completely different level of work and weak marketing management.
