Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with investment decision-making of retail investors in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to introduce and evaluate investment opportunities on the Czech market. For a basic overview of the issue, the introductory chapter defines the theoretical basis of investing. Then the thesis is dedicated the characteristics of selected investment opportunities. The final part is focused on the evaluation of selected investment options that can be used by a retail investor. At the end of the chapter are investments compared by to risk, profitability and time horizon in order to determine which is suitable for a retail investor according to his preferences and investment goals.
