Abstract

My bachelor thesis focuses on the activities and management of non-state and non-profit making organization which acts in the sphere of social services. The tehoretic part deals with non-profit making sector problem in the Czech republic. It also outlines its brief historical development, division and methods of financing. The practical part devotes itself to a specific public utility company, its services and management. This part comprehends the company profile, assessment of its financial sources and financing, structure of proviced services, development of human resources and allocating the financial means withing the society. The final data are run into tables.
