Abstract
The subject of the thesis is marketing research for the company K-Geo s.r.o., which deals with an engineering - geological survey. Company K-Geo s.r.o. is situated in the center of Ostrava and provides complex geological services. The task of this thesis is realization of marketing research focused on customer satisfaction with company and its services, as well as short comparison with competitors in the field focused on customer´s experience.
