Ekonomické hodnocení projektu výstavby cementárny v Phu Sanu

Abstract

This thesis deals with economic assessment for the cement factory project in Phu San. In the first part there is cement factory project and INEKON GROUP, Inc., as a major investor in the project, introduced. Further there is a description of the processing of an economic model that includes theoretical evaluation of investment effectiveness especially the calculation of playback period, return of investment, net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return and sensitivity analysis of project parameters. In the following practical part all those resources are applied to the specific project of cement factory in Phu San. The conclusion of this thesis includes a final economic evaluation of the project.
