Moderní metody a přístupy v řízení

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je představení moderních metod a přístupů řízení v organizaci, analýza a zhodnocení moderních manažerských metod. Dále zhodnotit fungování dané organizace z hlediska managementu a efektivnost manažerských rozhodnutí. První část je teoretická, zde dochází k vysvětlení pojmům jako je management, manažer, rozhodování, plánování, vedení lidí atd. Druhá část je věnovaná představení společnosti Promedia, zde charakterizuji profil společnosti, její vývoj a vyráběný sortiment. Ve třetí části dochází ke zhodnocení managementu ve společnosti. Obsahem poslední části jsou doporučení a závěr.
