The theme of this thesis is the comparison of alternative technology solutions interior nonload bearing walls. The first possibility is for the partitions to be made out of Porotherm brick blocks, another option is for them to be made out of Ytong aerated concrete blocks and the final one is made out of plasterboards in Rigips systém. The thesis contains also complete project documentation of the extent of documentation for the execution of the project. Apartment house consists of three floors and basement. Roofing is realized by a flat roof. Complete project solution it’s realize with a valid standards.
