Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of assessment of the professional exposure of wood dust to the profession of flooring at a specific workplace using the available measuring technique in the wider context of prevention of health risks. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of occupational exposure to wood dust and related health risks. Greater attention is paid to the issue of professional dust exposure, focusing on the practical aspects of dust concentration measurement in the working atmosphere. In the practical part of the work is carried out own measurement of professional dust exposure, processing and evaluation of measured data.
