Abstract
The aim of thesis is to solve the problems related to difficulty of access to selected department of the University Hospital in Ostrava - Poruba, following the action plan Moravian- Silesian Regional Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities 2014-2020. The thesis contains forms filled with data obtained on particular departments, the analysis of the current state of each department and the solution proposal of bottlenecks based on the analysis. The parts of the work are also drawings and a brief economical evaluation.
