Analýza možností zlepšování interních auditů systému environmentálního managementu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je řešena na téma: Analýza možností zlepšování interních auditů systémů environmentálního managementu. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést a vyhodnotit analýzu současného stavu interních auditů v oblasti environmentu a analýzu trendů ve výsledcích interních auditů z minulých let. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz vymezit oblasti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro zlepšení. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení IMS. Jsou zde popsány metody, postupy procesu auditování, základní pojmy a závěry. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. a její fungující IMS. V této části je popsán způsob provádění interních auditů, efektivnost a účinnost daného systému auditování, vytipovány oblasti pro zlepšení systému auditování a navržena příslušná doporučení pro zlepšení.

The theme of this thesis is Analysis of the Posibilities of Improving Internal audits of the Environmental Management System.The aim of this thesis is to perform and evaluate an analysis of the current state of internal audits in the field of environment and an analysis of trends in the results of internal audits from previous years, based on the results of these analyzes to define areas for improvement and propose appropriate recommendations for improvement. The first part focuses on the theoretical definition of IMS. In this part methods and procedures of auditing process are described, it also includes basic terms and findings. The second part focuses on the description of ArcelorMittal Ostrava and its IMS. In this part the method of conducting internal audits is described, as well as efficiency and effectiveness of the auditing system. It also includes identification of areas for improvement of the auditing system and propositionof appropriate recommendations for improvement.
