Abstract
My diploma´s thesis includes formulation of strategy for the organization Automax, p. r. o. The aim of this work was to carry out the strategic analyses of the company Automax., p. r. o. and on that basis to formulate an appropriate strategy for the company.
The work includes the 8 parts: introduction, theoretical background, characteristics of the company, strategic analysis, forecasts business environment, the draft strategy recommendations for implementation, finding a list of the literature and list of tables and figures.
In the theoretical part defines basic concepts of strategic management.
The practical part begins with the company, its history, scope of business, mission and objectives and current strategy.
The fourth section entitled "Strategic analysis consists of analysis of external and internal environment.
The last section contains a forecast of development of the business environment, strategies of my suggestions and recommendations for their implementation.
