Abstract

The content of bachelor thesis is the experimental verification and determination of the phase composition of soils using a tomographic method. Tomographic method, also known as computed tomography, belongs to non-destructive methods of object testing. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the basic principle of tomography and determination of the phase model of soil. The practical part deals with determination of individual parameters of the studied soil sample in laboratories using standard classical laboratory methods, but also with the use of computed tomography to determine the individual phases that are contained in the soil sample.
