Abstract

The aim of my master thesis was to analyse the job satisfaction of employees in an organization. In the theoretical part there are explained the theoretical resources relating to the theme of job satisfaction. The practical part consists in surveying job satisfaction in the company in form of questionnaires and the subsequent analysis of its results. Considering analysis results and followed-up evaluation, I suggested a group of possible solutions for the detected shortcomings in the area of job satisfaction that may help to eliminate problems and increase the overall level of satisfaction.
