Baťova soustava řízení a hodnocení současné ekonomické výkonnosti firmy

Abstract

This Bachelor work aids to analyze the current state of Bata in financial terms. In this work are therefore analyze its financial statements which are subject to a financial analysis that is carried out for six-year period from 2005 to 2010 and are implemeted by methods, which are further described in detail in the work. In the last pages is also Bata position against competitors. In the course of the text is placed on extensive historical section of the history of Bata, which is located in order to familiarize the reader with a history of not only companies , but managerial procedures ½ 20th century in Czechoslovakia too. The largest part of the historical section is then allocated in the annexes, where can be found, inter alia, the graphic processing methods of financial analysis, selected parts of the relevant laws of the Czech Republic or insight into the current production of Bata.
