Elektronická evidence registru řidičů s vazbou na eTesty

Abstract

My bachelor’s thesis refers to an electronic database of drivers register called Eliška which is an information system of Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic and application called eTests that is used to execute tests by applicants for driving licences. The objective of the thesis is to create an overview of electronic database Eliška and application eTests. The first part covers the range of drivers register entries. It is followed by a description of the former electronic record of drivers register. Then the contemporary electronic database of drivers register is explained. The next part addresses to the description of eTests application. The thesis deals with programme structure and suggests changes for both of the applications to make them more efficient for users. In the conclusion part I propose to interconnect both of the applications.
