Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes the marketing and management procedures of Ski and snowboard center in Ricky, Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the key terms from the field of marketing and management and its application in sports. In addition, it also describes the techniques and methods of the research, which were used in terms of obtaining the needed information. The practical section contains the research investigation, which is consisted of an interview, a questionnaire and SWOT analysis. The last chapter summarizes the results and suggestions of the research. All knowledge gained by the mentioned methods of the research could be used by the ski and snowboard center of Ricky for its following development.
