Návrh a hodnocení výkonnosti pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Evaluation is an integral part of human decision making, both in everyday situations and in important life choices. In the field of human resource management, employee performance and motivation play a key role and are closely interconnected. Low-performance employees can pose a potential risk to the organization and negatively affect its overall efficiency. The aim of this thesis is to propose and evaluate a model for assessing employee performance using multi-criteria decision-making methods. For this purpose, the group decision making method AHP was applied. On the basis of this method, a performance and competency model was developed. The results of the thesis demonstrated that the AHP method is suitable for evaluating employee performance within the given organization and enabled the creation of a related competency model. The proposed approach can also be applied to other departments within the company, provided that the criteria and their weights are adjusted appropriately.
