Abstract

The bachelor's thesis "Analysis of the wage system and employee benefits in a selected business company" aims to analyze the applied wage system and employee benefits in a selected business company. The methods of description, analysis, deduction and comparison were used. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the field of wages and benefits, including legal regulation. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the wage system and employee benefits in a selected business company, the proposal of an alternative software change and the findings of how employees perceive the system. Based on the survey, it can be stated that the system is generally positively evaluated by employees.
