Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with transformers. The specific objective is to select a type of measurement voltage transformer for 110kV for the specified accuracy class and insulation. The work is divided into five parts. In the introductory part I present the complete nature of the transformer, how it came about and its evolution. In the second part I deal with transformers in general, their implementation, on what principle they work and how they can be divided. Then, the third section deals with measuring transformers. I am describing the purposes for which they are used and they are distributed to the main representative, namely the current and voltage measuring transformers. I have specified the two types more precisely, and the voltage transformers have been described in more detail and have also been subdivided into capacitive and inductive. And, of course, there is specification of these transformers at the 110kV level. Another, fourth part deals with the design of the voltage transformer itself. I took the design as a design according to ČSN, the manufacturer and location in the power station. In the last part, I have already concluded, evaluated and proposed a possible addition of this work to the next proposal.
