Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with issues of access of the railway corridor for the rescue units. A study of the accessability of the II transit corridor is limited for the area of these municipalities with extended competences: Nový Jičín, Odry and Bílovec. The first part of the diploma thesis describes and analyzes important elements of the railway corridor and statistics of remarkable events in the railway corridor. It contains also access communication segmentation and fundamental information about rescue units which intervene during the railway remarkable events. The second part deals with the mapping method of the corridor and its surroundings and the creation of the access simplification documentation. It mentions the alternative possibilities layout and the recommendation for the rescue units. The output of the thesis includes detailed maps for the intervenning rescue units.
