Abstract

The subject of the work is a study of the appropriate use of free surfaces and their functional organization in development activities in the civil and housing construction. The proposal is drawn up in two variants, one is efficient from the perspective of investment needs, the other technically more demanding. Part of the work is to assess the impact of the proposal on housing, on the way to transport services, on changes to the public green space with its maximum preservation, design of urban furniture, estimate the financial cost of the two variants and the design of static traffic.
