Aplikace procesu řízení rizik v rámci železniční přepravy

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management process concerning the changes in the rail transport. The first part introduces the current condition of the issue and its historical development. The practical part firstly in detail deals with a draft of a procedure for implementing the Common Safety Method concerning the technical change of the structural system of the railway according to the implementing Commision Regulation (EU) No 402/2013. Secondly it deals with the implementation of the suggested procedure on a rail crossing reconstruction. The thesis also contains an evaluation of acceptability of risks using the Code of Practice and Explicit Risk Rating.
