Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the production of welded axles. The first part focuses on current welding methods that can be used for axle welding. Furthermore, it explains the principle of double wishbone axle, kinematics and usability of the chosen material, which is the most suitable for the welded axle. The next part is practical, which focuses on realization of production and technological process of welding. The technological procedure for the production of welded axle is chosen. The last part describes the realization of the axle production itself.
