Analýza nezaměstnanosti v ČR

Abstract

The focus of my thesis is to analyse the progression of unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, and more specifically in Olomouc, South-Moravian and Moravian-Silesian region. The thesis addresses theoretical notions related to unemployment, its analysis and evaluation and subsequent recommendations to improve the current state of unemployment. The purpose of my work is to outline status of the unemployed in CR and selected regions, including distinctions by various population groups and furthermore identify potential solutions by utilising employment policy and European social fund in order to reduce the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic.
