Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis of a particular collective agreement on whose basis suggestions and measures, which could be used by the contractual parties for creation of a future collective agreement, will be approached. The first chapter contains a characteristic of the collective agreement and other institutes connected with it. In the second chapter, an analysis of the collective agreement is carried out. On the basis of the analysis and the comparison of the collective agreement with the law, an assessment is performed in order to find out whether collective agreement contains any rights which have been negotiated beyond the terms of the law and whether the agreement contains any defects that should be eliminated. The third chapter contains mainly suggestion and measures, which are suggest to the contractual parties on the basis of the analysis carried out in the second chapter.
