Abstract

The aim of my thesis: "Risk analysis in the industrial supply chain management" is to categorize the approaches and methods for risk analysis in logistics and supply chains. Implement the application of selected methods to experimental data. Compare the results and determine the advantages, disadvantages, benefits and problems from the perspective of selected methods of risk analysis in the management of industrial supply chains. The whole work has been devided into 4 parts. In the first part I explain the concept of risk, classifying risks, described the process of risk management and define methods for reducing risk. The second part is devoted to logistics management and supply chain management. The third section outlines our risk management tool. Summarize and describe the most common methods selected from them. In the fourth part and apply the selected methods in logistics management, certain advantages and disadvantages of selected methods. In conclusion I will summarize the whole issue.
