This senior thesis addresses ballistic properties of random items of everyday use carried by employees on their bodies or clothes, as well as in a luggage during monetary delivery to a bank, post office or their home. These employees are selected to be in professions which endangers them to a possibility of gun violence and may be hit by a fired round. To judge the ballistic properties, USP Expert gun was used, in combination with Luger 9 mm ammo, weighted at 8 g. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on ballistics and its properties, while the practical part deals with questionnaire survey and its results, characterises the weapon and ammunition used during experiment, describes the ballistic laboratory and contains the experiment itself, along with photo documentation of the process.
