Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of a geometric plan for marking a building and dividing land. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concept of a geometric plan, its history, types according to purpose, description and requirements of a geometric plan, and recording of detailed measurement of changes. The practical part describes the procedure for individual tasks in the creation of a geometric plan, from the assignment, the actual measurement, through the calculation of coordinates and digital data processing, to verification by an authorized surveying engineer and subsequent administrative control at the cadastral office.
