Abstract
This master's thesis is focused on technologies of the Internet of Things and also partly presentation of this fast growing electronic and telecommunication segment. The main goal of this work is providing of an overview and describtion of LPWAN technologies used in the Czech Republic. The thesis cover design and prototyping of an environmental unit, working in LoRaWAN network.
The main task of the designed device is meassuring and evaluating envrironmental values and next their distribution via LoRaWAN infrastructure to server storage, where can be analysed. The meassured values in this scenario are air temperature, relative humidity, atmosphere pressure, light intensity, CO2 and volatile substances concentrated in the air. A alert message is invoked in the case of breaking secure treshold of single values.
