Vizualizace molekul na mobilním zařízení

Abstract

This project goes into possibilities of molecule visualization based on their own geometry , which is described in files of various formats. Displaying of these molecules is available in 2D and also in 3D field. On the one hand, this work presents generally used displaying models, on the other hand, there can be also found some more known programs which solve this issue. Visualization will proceed in the mobile device and this work describe chosen platform. Final application is able to import three different formats and afterwards visualization of molecules, which are described in it. This application was successfully tested on the real device and with its drawing properties, it is comparable with already existing applications.
