Optimalizace tras svozu komunálního odpadu s využitím síťových analýz

Abstract

V diplomové práci je zpracován návrh optimalizace svozových tras komunálního odpadu s využitím síťových analýz. V první kapitole je popsán současný stav řešené problematiky v oblasti nakládání s odpady, včetně stručného popisu platné legislativy. V další kapitole je seznámení s některými podobně zaměřenými pracemi v ČR a v zahraničí. Následuje teoretická část s popisem principů hledání optimální cesty, kterou využívají síťové analýzy. Dále je uveden stručný pracovní postup, zahrnující sběr dat v podmínkách specializované svozové firmy, následné zpracování a použití těchto dat. Práce pokračuje ekonomickým vyhodnocením výsledků optimalizace. Na konci práce je posouzení vhodnosti použitých metod a postupů při porovnání s novými trendy v oblasti svozu odpadů. Součástí práce je příloha, kde jsou jednotlivé původní i optimalizované trasy zobrazeny.

The diploma thesis deals with a project of the optimization of municipal waste collection tracks, using network analyses. The first chapter describes the contemporary condition of the waste management including a brief description of related legal issues. The next chapter introduces some other works dealing with the topic both in the Czech Republic and abroad, followed by the theoretical part which describes the principles of the optimal solution using network analyses. The thesis contains a brief working procedure including the collection of data in a specialized waste collection enterprise, followed by their processing and use in practice. The thesis continues by the economic evaluation of the results of optimization. In the final part of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the convenience of the methods and procedures applied as well as their comparison to new trends in waste collection. The thesis contains a supplement, where both the original and the optimized tracks are displayed.
