Komparace a analýza managementu florbalových klubů nejvyšší soutěže v České republice

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the comparison and analysis of the two Czech highest league floorball clubs management. The first team is Moravian-Silesian 1.SC TEMPISH Vítkovice club, the other one is a club from Zlin region, called HU-FA Panthers Otrokovice. The focus of the thesis was chosen because of the increasing popularity of floorball in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to analyse and compare the structure and activity of the management, planned targets, activities with youth and also the financial sources and economy of both clubs. While the theoretical part of the thesis is describing the general terminology, the practical part is focused on the analysis of both clubs and graphical comparison. The data set was processed by the SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey and documentation analysis. The result of the research points to some shortcomings, especially in the area of economy, financial resources management and youth education. On the other hand, the research also reveals the strengths of clubs, for example, the growing membership base, sports facilities or material equipment. At the end of the thesis are presented specific proposals and recommendations for both clubs, which should focus on in the future and strive for improvement in these areas.
