Abstract

This thesis deals with a problem of public lighting of communications in fact of the luminance ratios. Theoretical part is consists of information about light sources and luminaries used in public lightning, as well as a practical example of calculating of the traffic light assistance program Relux Professional and evaluation of glare and its possible limitations. The primary task of this thesis was finding, however affect the extent to which long distance and the paging lights of cars on the road luminance ratios at the prospect of the driver. Therefore the work contains a brief description of the theory of automobile headlamps, and a practical part consists of evaluating the measurement of communication by using a special measuring device for measuring the luminance LMK mobile advance.
