Theses: Business Plan and Establishing of a Small Enterprise
The subject of the theses called „Business Plan and Establishing of a Small Enterprise“ is a sylabus of the business plan for the establishement of a small firm. In the first chapter are the main and partial aims of the theses. The second chapter focuses on the basic terminology eplanation concerning the enterprising problem of small and midlle size firms. In the third chapter are made analysis of the internal and outside environment of the firms and
a technical- economical study. The forth chapter is made of the business plan for the small firm establishement - in this case a law office. The fifth chapter is devoted to a real procedure of the firm establishement. The final part of the theses generaly evaluates the aim fulfillement.
