Abstract
This dissertation thesis is focused on the controlled gassing of the casts from aluminium alloys. The termal knots which cannot be always rised are formed in the problematic parts and inner shrinkages are formed with the negative influence on the tightness and the mechanical characters of the cast. It is possible to use the preparation called Probat Fluss Mikro 100 for the elimination of the negative influence, if the riser cannot be used. There is bringing of the germinal phase into the smelt by application of the Probat Fluss Mikro 100 and the bringing of the hydrogen by aplication of the titanium hydride. The teoretical part of this dissertation thesis comprises the influences which formes the cavities and the teoretical analyse of the preparation Probat Fluss Mikro 100 and titanium hydride. The practical part is focused on the observing of the controlled gassing. The purpose of this dissertation thesis is the experimental results – receiving, which will served as an basic informations for the controlled gassing of the casts from aluminium alloys.
