Prevence kriminality a zvýšení pocitů bezpečí obyvatel ve městě Třinec

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší kriminalitu na území města Třinec. Jejím cílem je navrhnout inovativní bezpečnostní opatření za účelem zvýšení pocitů bezpečí občanů města. Teoretická část práce rozebírá terminologii dané problematiky. Praktická část popisuje město Třinec, jeho rizikové lokality, analyzuje statistická data kriminality v konkrétním časovém rozmezí a popisuje současnou prevenci kriminality. Obsahem této práce je posouzení rizik, které se skládá z identifikace rizik, analýzy rizik a následného vyhodnocení. Výsledky z posouzení rizik sloužily jako podklad k vytvoření návrhů bezpečnostních opatření.

The bachelor thesis deals with crime in the town of Třinec. The aim is propose innovate security measure to increase the feelings of security of the inhabitants in the town of Třinec. The theoretical part of the thesis analyses the therminology of the issue. The practical part describes the town of Třinec, its risk locations, analyses statistical data of crime in the specific time period and describes the current crime prevention. The content od this thesis is risk assessment, which consists of risk identification, risk analysis and subsequent evaluation. The results from the risk assessment were used as a basis for the development of proposals for the security measures.
