Produktivita práce v podnicích automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of labour productivity, its measurement and comparison between enterprises. The subject of the application part is the calculation of selected firm-level indexes (indicators, measures) of labour productivity in three automobile manufacturers in the Czech Republic from 2009 to 2011. The figures of calculated measures of individual businesses are then mutually compared using both one-dimensional and multidimensional methods. Limitations arising from labour productivity evaluation based on publicly available data are also discussed.
