Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika dopravy a řízení zásob ve společnosti, která působí v elektrotechnickém průmyslu. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav řízení dopravy a zásob ve společnosti a navrhnout opatření pro jejich optimalizaci. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na teoretické základy strategického řízení dopravy, logistiky a řízení dodavatelského řetězce. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu řízení dopravy ve společnosti, zejména četnost dodávek, výdeje a přesnost prognóz a spolehlivost dodavatelů. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření pro optimalizaci řízení dopravy a zásob, která povedou ke snížení nákladů, zlepšení služeb zákazníkům a lepší konkurenceschopnosti podnikání.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the transport and inventory management problem in the company that operates in electro-technical industry. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of transport and inventory management in the company and to propose measures for their optimization. The theoretical part of the thesis tells us about the theoretical bases of strategic management of transport, logistics and supply chain management. In the practical part is the analysis of the current state of transport management in the company, especially the frequency of deliveries, give-away and, forecast accuracy and supplier reliability. Based on the analyze, are proposed measures for optimization of transport and inventory management which shall lead to decrease of costs, improvement of customer services and better entrepreneurial competitiveness.
