Abstract
NĚMEC, Martin, Ing. Environmental Center in Hranice: Diploma thesis. Ostrava 2024. University of Mining - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. Head of thesis Ing. Jiří Teslík Ph.D.
The subject of the thesis is a project for the implementation of the Envirocentrum construction in the Hranice. The content of the work is then the technical report, the drawing part, the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the static calculation of the chosen structural element.
The building will be situated in the wider city centre of Hranice on a specific lot No. 1587/5, cadastral territory Hranice. The structure represents a rectangular- building with two floors with a flat vegetation roof. In choosing the design system, I based my decision on the philosophy of the purpose of construction, namely environmental education, where the preference of natural materials is unambiguous. Therefore, the main building material is wood. The construction is a heavy wooden skeleton made of massive elements of glued wood by BSH, where walls of massive wooden panels like CLT co-operate on the spatial stiffening of the structure and NOVATOP Element ceiling sandwich panels in the horizontal plane. The facade is ventilated with a wooden cladding of horizontally stored Rhombus profiles in a woody larch tree. The building is a fairly open-plan concept with the possibility of variability in the use of individual spaces. The main areas of the building can be used as classrooms, games rooms, lecture halls, study rooms, exhibition halls, etc.
