Interní audit v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na analýzu současného stavu komunikace v oblasti in-terního auditu a návrh na její zlepšení. Teoretická část práce popisuje, vysvětluje funkci inter-ního a externího auditu a rovněž důležité pojmy vztahující se k internímu auditu jako je Český institut interních auditorů, etický kodex a v neposlední řadě již zmíněná komunikace. V praktické části diplomové práce je formou dotazníkového průzkumu popsána komunikace mezi interním auditorem a zaměstnanci firmy ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. Po vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu je uveden návrh na zlepšení komunikace mezi interním auditorem a zaměstnanci dané společnosti.

The thesis focuses on analyzing the current state of communication in Internal Audit and the proposed improvements. The theoretical part describes, explains the function of internal and external audit and also important concepts related to internal audit as the Czech Institute of Internal Auditors Code of Ethics and, not least, to these communicati-ons. The practical part of my work is a form of survey research describes communication be-tween the internal auditor and staff ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, Inc. After evaluation of the survey is given suggestions to improve communication between the internal auditors and em-ployees of the company.
