Abstract
The thesis titled "Evaluation of Investment Efficiency" consists of two basic parts - theoretical and practical. The company, in which the topic of the thesis was solved, is introduced in the first two chapters and further is described the investment that has been implemented in the company. Continued theoretical part has four chapters and is dedicated to the investments and their financing and planning in the company. The classification of the investment project and investment evaluation methods are described in this section.
In the practical part, consists of one chapter, the methods of evaluation of investment are applied to specific investment and than the results of the individual calculations are evaluated. The final chapter contains overall evaluation.
