Abstract

HRANICKÁ, A.: Family house with residential annex, Skalice u Frýdku-Místku: Bachelor thesis, VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, thesis supervisor: Ing. Arch. Lucie Videcká. The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the design of a detached family house and the creation of its project documentation for the implementation of the construction. The building is designed on the plot No. 1518 in the cadastral area of Skalice u Frýdek-Místek, according to the valid decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings. The basis for the preparing of the Bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the area, which was prepared in the course Studio Design 1 and the architectural study created in the course Studio Design 5. This study was subsequently extended and modified for the subsequent preparation of the design documentation for the implementation of the construction. The Bachelor´s thesis includes the design documentation of the building and a text section with a summary and technical report related to the object and the plot. The appendices contain drawings of the object and architectural design by means of views, visualizations and details. The specialization of the bachelor thesis is architecture.
