The bachelor thesis deals with ZOOs and their Importance for Tourism and Nature Conservation.
The introduction is focused on the history of zoological gardens. The second part of this work deals with the basic organizations- for example CITES, IUCN, WWF or EAZA. The part of reintroduction is focused on the golden eagle, the Przewalski´s horse, the amur leopard and the deer milu. The final section of this work deals with the future of zoological gardens.
