Hodnocení ekonomické situace vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza účetní závěrky, finančního zdraví a výkonnosti středně velkého potravinářského podniku XY, a.s. za obdobní 2009 až 2011. K získání výsledků šetření budou použity analýzy vycházející z účetních výkazů, vnitropodnikového účetnictví a neveřejných údajů, které byly poskytnuty managementem této společnosti. Tato diplomová práce bude rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části budou popsány použité metody finanční analýzy, v druhé části pak budou některé metody aplikovány na konkrétní společnost XY, a.s. V závěru práce budou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny všechny zjištěné hodnoty. V případě, že dosažená úroveň analyzované oblasti nebude dosahovat požadované úrovně, případně srovnání období bude vykazovat nežádoucí tendence, budou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení dosažených hodnot.

The aim of this final thesis is an analysis of the final account, the financial health and the productivity or the efficiency of the moderate food processing company XY, joint-stock company, during the period of 2009 and 2011. For a gaining of results of the survey there will be used some analysis of the accounting statement, interior firm accounting and non-public dates that management of the company provided. This thesis will be divided into two parts: theoretic and practical. Some used methods of financial analysis will be described in the theoretic part. Whereas in the second part some of these methods will be applied in particular company XY. At the end of the work the discovered value will be summed up and evaluated. In case the achieved grade of analysed area will not achieve the required level or a comparison of periods will show an unwanted tendency, there will be purposed measures contributing towards the improvement of obtained value.
