Abstract

Diplomová práce „Manažerské účetnictví a jeho využití ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu“ je zaměřena na problematiku manažerského účetnictví a jeho využití ve vybrané společnosti Tower, s.r.o. V teoretické části je manažerské účetnictví objasněno a charakterizováno. Je uvedena jeho historie, význam, cíle i struktura. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití a analýzu manažerského účetnictví ve vybrané společnosti a následné navržení vhodných změn a vylepšení.

The diploma thesis "Managerial Accounting and its Use in Selected Business Entity" is focused on the issue of managerial accounting and its use in a selected company Tower, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, managerial accounting is clarified and characterized. Its history, meaning, goals and structure are presented. The practical part is focused on the use and analysis of managerial accounting in a selected company and the subsequent design of appropriate changes and improvements.
