Sociální kapitál a jeho význam na trhu práce

Abstract

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the concept of social capital in the EU´s labour markets. In contrast to voluminous existing literature, the concept is considered as an independent variable defining the position of individuals in the labour markets to show impugnable dominance of human capital as an independent variable in labour markets. Classifying the level of social capital is based on two indicators - trust and network. The analysis is undertaken on the ground of comparison both social and human capital payoffs reflecting macroeconomic indicators.
