Abstract

Main topic of my bachelor thesis is studying and modeling inundation area of a part of Hamerský stream and a small hydroelectric power plant using GIS and hydrodynamic modeling. The first part of my study describes the natural conditions of the pilot area. Another section is devoted to a small hydroelectric power station, its description equipment and technology. The practical part describes how to work in the geographic information system and hydraulic model. The final part is the visualization of the results obtained in the form of map outputs, calculation of the annual performance of the turbine and possibly propose optimization.
