Abstract

The content of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal for the arrangement of the public space of the courtyard of apartment buildings between Janáčkova and Chopinova streets. The entire area surrounding the site has long suffered from a lack of parking spaces. The work includes a traffic survey, calculation and design of parking and parking spaces, including the reconstruction of access roads, sidewalk areas, and an adjacent park. The work also addresses the drainage of these areas, taking into account the results of a hydrogeological assessment. Two proposals will address the material of the parking areas and road markings. The proposals will be verified by drag curves including visibility conditions and finally compared and evaluated.
