Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the development, current situation and prospects of the brewing industry the Czech Republic and Germany. The first part devotes to a general theory of the behavior of firms in the market. Next part is focused on the brewing industry and analyses particular characteristics of current brewing. The last part outlines the common and different features of brewing in the Czech Republic and Germany.
