Abstract

The thesis concerns with the implementation of a management application for smart home equipped with KNX system. It compares LonWorks, Nikobus, CIB, BACnet, M-bus and KNX bus systems in smart homes. Part of the thesis deals with operational and technical functions visualization comparison, Smart Home Care topics and assistive technologies. The practical part of the thesis analysis the implementation of desktop application of the Universal Windows Platform type for Windows 10. It describes voice control, application communication with KNX bus, MVVM architecture usage and optimalization for mobile devices.
